Audio Visual Equipment

Audio/Visual equipment is rented on a per day basis. Advance approval by The Orleans Catering Department is required for any outside Audio/Visual equipment not provided by The Orleans Catering Department. Any Audio/Visual equipment not provided by The Orleans may be subject to a service charge amounting to one half of the full days rental.

The Catering Managers will quote service charges and discuss the conditions listed above.
